Standardized Storage System For Ceramic Basins
HANYU has a standardized storage system for ceramic basins, For production areas: Five floors, and 4000 square meters each. For the Warehouse: we have an 8-floor building and 900 square meters of each floor. Considering the stock up and the big capacity for the ceramic basins, we built up a new warehouse in 2022, it contains 10 floors and 1500 square meters of each. So there are a total of 42200 square meters of floor area.
Monthly Capacity
As a standard ceramic basin manufacturer, our monthly production of more than 20,000 pieces of ceramic basins. There are floor production, batch production lines, high-pressure production lines to meet the needs of a variety of products, and reasonable division of labor.
Ceramic Basin Production Process
Mother mold (resin material) – production mold (gypsum material ) – Raw material l-casting-open mold- fettle- wiping water-check the clay -glazing(shiny white, matte) -grinding- – kiln loading – kiln firing – discharge kiln – quality inspection – separated into the warehouse – again quality inspection when packaging – shipping.
Computer kiln with 1280℃ high temperature. A kiln could contain 5 cars to load the ceramic basin clay. After burning for 13 hours, stop the fire and cooling 11 hours to exit. When completely cooled can be unloaded from the kiln.
